Nevertheless I know that the forum is not the proper way to solve the problem, I am really concerned about the status of my order, since I have not received exaustive answers in the “Support Request Area”
On 14.06 I ordered a Bubble Magus NAC 3.5 skimmer. On 15.06 I received an e-mail confirming me the shipment. The same day I asked you the track number ...but you answered me that the item would have been sent on 18.06.
On 18.06 I asked you the track number....but you answered me that the pump of the skimmer was broken and that the delivery was being postponed to the week after. On 27.06 you informed me that item was sent on 25.06
On 27.06 and 30.06 I asked you twice the track number without any reply from you.
I would appreciate if you can let me know if there is an issue or otherwise the track number..
